Yes David, it is.
News and Groups are main page services out of beta, and also the logos have never been updated since they came out.
Video is a newer service with a fresher image, as well as it being in beta.
And Page Creator is in Labs, and will never come out (because it WILL be integrated into Blogger in a WordPress stylee), and all labs logos are consistent in design.
