PicasaWeb new layout ( With "Upload Control" )

for testing issues only (i use FF) is spotted this different layout on PicasaWeb using IE7..
first, it gives you a message:

and then, the new upload layout, which is called – "Upload Control" :

oh, BTW..
the "upload Control" is a drag & drop uploading method.. and your upload is not limited to 5 uploads only and one upload per photo (you got multi uploading)

how come FF users cant have it? (because we dont have Active X ?)

When you are prompted to install the ActiveX control, it indicates that the cab file was signed on 5th June 2006. This is a few days before Picasa Web Albums first went publically live.

Yes, I can confirm this has been available since launch.
