Is this true? I dunno, but I wouldn't be that surprised. I just hope it isn't and I don't want to believe it, but why couldn't it be true ya?

I wouldn't be surprised. There are a lot of high tech companies that are in bed with CIA...

Remember also the Lernout & Hauspie Language Products story. It story goes that the CIA has destroyed that company because the technology couldn't be controlled by them. No all the technology is transferred to an american companie that can be perfectly controlled by them to e.g. automatically translate e-mail communications etc.
