You could do something similar with myGmaps.com:

Take a look at http://mygmaps.com/ (myGmaps), it enables you to create, save and host custom data files and display them with Google Maps.

Using "minipages" you put any HTML you want into the pop-up location balloons.

It includes a "standalone viewer" service so you can display the map on your own web site.

Wow, handy. Two somewhat related questions – what did you mean by the DAVE text in your G Maps Bios post? I didn't see anything in the satellite photo.

Also, I thought I'd point out that Amazon has changed their look on individual book pages, either today or in the past few days. I haven't found any news about it, though! See my post on BBR:

There was a "DAVE" somewhere in the middle...

As for the Amazon redesign, I can't see it. Do you have a screenshot with browser and URL?
