web history. even though I have it enabled, it stopped on 11/2. why is this?

i think you must be idle in order Google Desktop will start indexing your machine..
cause it takes a lot of memory.. :/

dont know. it didnt record ANY web activity all day 11/3.

your cache could be full? how long have you had Google Desktop running?

Sometimes I notice that Google Desktop gives an error that my drive is full (although it certainly isn't) and after those errors, it often starts to rebuild the index. I think that my index is quite big and I think the automatic upgrading to new versions sometimes has problems with that...

The noticed problem in this thread could be something similar imo .

i uninstalled and redid the whole thing- working ok now.
