I think the only way Orkut will gain popularity though is through Blogger and YouTube integration.
Blogger, Google Video, GTalk, Music Search and Music Tends (to be able to keep a list of artists, albums, etc that you like), Movie Search (to do the same for movies), Books (also for the same thing but with books-- nobody ever has anything that rates book and gives recommendations!), Page Creator (to personalize profile pages, group pages, etc), Maps (already integrated for friends map), Calendar, Picasa Web Albums, and a new interface that is clean, simple, not hideous like it is right now, and lets you search anything easily, messages, groups, people, blogs (when integrated), and anything else. |
