Hello I had a crash with my computer and lost an activeX for Gmail, on the other hand the googletoolbar is gone and I cannot load it again... Can anyone help please ?

I have a question, do you need to download an ActiveX for Gmail? For the toolbar part, you can download it on Google's site. toolbar.google.com/T4 Switch to Firefox.
