That's fixed for now, albeit with a price; I'm using thumbnails instead of direct images now in the search results. I'll see what I can do in long term. German keywords must have triggered these special images – they were send out from servers disabling inline linking of their images. Plus, Yahoo's "Restrictions" tag (neither that, nor their adult filter) work against this here.
