Stumbled upon this organization today on Google Video. ITM seems to be a quasi-independent educational group which ties to Google including features on Google Video (one with Vint Cerf), a gmail address, promotion of Google services and a link with Google for Educators.

Can anyone tell me what Google's relationship with this is?
