There is already a few months a strange bug in Google Base...

I want to upload a pdf document in Google Base and after it is uploaded it gives an error mentioning that it is not allowed to upload a .pdf.

But if you look at the pdf's I already uploaded, it is possible to do it. It is also mentioned on there help pages: http://base.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=40029

I've already mailed this problem to the Google Base support team, there was some feedback for a few mails, but after this they stopped to reply...

I have this problem for some months now, the strange thing is sometimes it doesn't give a problem at all...

Does anybody experience the same problem? (My browser FF2.)

why do 2 of your already uploaded pdf's have different icons?

dpneal: yeah, that's strange too, the one pd GBase recognise as a genuine pdf document, the other document GBase supposes it is an html document...

BTW I did the upload now with IE7 and that did work immediatly. So it could be a problem with FF too...
