Word from Norway that Opera and Google have renewed their contract for another year. Google will continue to be the default search provider on all language versions of the Opera desktop browser.

Oslo, Norway, December 4, 2006 – Opera Software ASA and Google Inc. have renewed their current agreement to integrate Google as the default search partner for the Opera desktop browser. Under this one-year contract, Opera will continue to include Google search as a part of its user interface.

This agreement covers all language versions of the public Opera desktop browser.

as much as MS doing this evil move, on Live.com as the default search-engine so is Google!!

I wonder what's the rev-share and why Google doesn't show more support for Opera.
