Very weird classic page behavior

I use the Google personalized page. When I click 'classic view,' it redirects to the personalized page. if I type in www.google.com, I get the personal page only. cannot bring up www.google.com w/o getting personal page. Happens in both IE6 and FF.

OK, now the classic view page is back. Too strange.
