That's funny. So basically anyone with slightly advanced hacking skills that can make your computer search for "how to kill the president" can make the FBI come the next day to get you. Well, indeed the German police admitted to cracking users computers. This was disallowed lately but a new law is on the way to make it legal for police "to search computers remotely" without notification.

So just think of the Kennedy murder. Nowadays you just would have to hack Oswald or simply use Oswalds computer at work while he is at the toilet.

This reminds me when a guy kill his wife and cops found in his computer google searches like "how to murder someone and not get caught” and "Tips with killing with a baseball bat", and the same story one year before with the searches "neck," "snap," "break" and "hold"...

Developers are safe – they know to lock their computer when they're away :)
