i tend to believe it is made to gather IP's that are "pointless clicking" on any ad or point of the page.
but that wouldn't work since the design of the ad DOES encourage humans to click on it. (at least, I tried to check the URL by typing it in -> 404)
and what is meant by "disapprove" those ads? |
