IMHO, I think death penalty is not really a solution. Saddam should be sentenced to spent the rest of his days in a jail... What do you think about that? |

I'm against the death penalty, for anyone. But if we apply the same rules to other world leaders that were applied to Saddam, they might be sentenced to death as well; for example, there are countries which invade other countries (without United Nations consent) under pretexts which turn out to be false – some would actually call this a war crime. I'm not saying that's true or not, I'm just saying that's how another court judging other world leaders may see things. |
