Something new in the Search Results today?

While searching for a wireless webcam, I noticed that there is a new section below the results titled "Searches related to: wireless webcam". Then underneath that it lists various (I guess popular) searches, such as "logitech wireless webcam" and "wireless webcam review". Check out the screenshot below.

I'm seeing this also on my results. Never noticed them before if they are not new.
