Just noticed this in my Gmail account – when I got a word document emailed to me, beyond the standard "download" and "view as HTML", I also had an option to open as a Google Document. This seems to be yet another step in the the direction of integrating services and could prove to be the catalyst for getting people to use Google Docs a little more. If someone else already posted this, a million apologies.
