If it's a public gallery, go into a public album and click "RSS" in the bottom right. You'll need to make sure you've got RSS enabled in the Settings, though.

I don't think you can do it for unlisted albums, nor for the whole of your account.

they're all private. guess it wont work then.

It's a good point – why can't they just bring out a private feed, like Calendar?
