That's pretty cool – I wonder when they'll put this data onto the other versions of Google Maps. While looking around I've also noticed that they've quietly added maps for the whole of India – it seems that Google intends to map out the whole world! Eastern Europe and Africa are looking more complete too.

It's maybe new on the home page, but this Chinese version of "Google Local" exists since a while ;)

That's pretty cool. It'd be nice they integrated this with all the other local Google Maps.
