Google is planning to launch "Google Apps Premier" service in a press-conference in Milan (italy) next wed. (22 Feb) .
The service is planned to be a integrated environment for working and sharing documents and information..

... traduced .. i think finally Big G is presenting the final integration of docs&spreadsheet + powerpoint-like (presently?) in a "packaged suite"

More rumors about this come from InfoWorld:

<< The introduction of the new version of Google Apps for Your Domain including Docs & Spreadsheets will happen this quarter, and it could come as early as next week, several people familiar with the company's plans said. >>

Premier should mean premium (although it also means "first"). But it's strange to launch it in Italy. Google is a US-based company, and 50% of its visitors are from US.

And why to use a French word? They don't want to use "premium"? :-/

// ps : there is a press conference in Italy, that doesn't mean that it will be lanch only in Italy. There is surely many other press conferences elsewhere ;-)

[put at-character here]TOMHTML:
Links? Press conferences should be pre-announced.

I don't have link, sorry. When Zorgloob was invited to a press conference in Paris some days ago, it was via email, and there wasn't any link :)

BTW, as I said on your blog, "Google docs" seems to be named back "Google Writely" ^^
