Is this new? I tried searching on a person's name along with the town they live in (US) and the first result returned by Google has an icon of a phone, says Phonebook search results for that person, lists their phone number and address, and displays a map link. It has worked for a bunch of names I have tried.
It's kind of neat to find that information so easily when looking for someone else, but a it's a little spooky when you see your own name, phone number, address and map link come up when entered.
