MSN Search is known as Live Search nowadays. I'm not sure if the name change was online before the date of the research mentioned.

FYI FWIW: Google index'ed it after 11 days ... and Yahoo is now showing results at T+13 days. Nothing yet from MSN/LiveSearch, but they've spidered the updated robots.txt and "bad_robots" file, so should be soon.
