Excerpts from Google Books are in Organic SERPs

This is interesting integration – because in Google Books, the words are not text and can not be copied – but somehow the organic SERPs are able to intepret them. Which could mean that entire books may actually be in Google's Databases as text – but filtered as a image-like file for the book search excerpts google.com/search?hl=en&q= ... books.google.com/books?id=eKRy ...
