Many Surfers appear to be getting 404 error for a big chunk of the Internet around the USA and Canada Is anyone experiencing this also????????

not here.. in Canada.. I am up and goin well.... "big chunk " ?? any specifics on IP range ?

Well, my server feels sluggish since yesterday, and I also had (probably unrelated) constant access problems yesterday. Hmmm.
