Hi all,

I could not resist playing again with viksoe.dk's GMail Drive shell extension. For those who don't know it (though i'm sure most of you have heard about it...) it adds a virtual drive in your Windows explorer to easily drag and drop files that will be automatically sent to your Gmail account..
With a special label (say ".Drive") and a filter rule (Say Subject:GMAILFS:, skip inbox, put in .Drive) your can have a place in gmail where those files will be available.

Now I was wondering if Google was "approving" this way of doing. I think I read somewhere that Google call this an abuse.
Do you think they might close my account? (of course i'm only uploading small freeware 5mb-10mb programs that i want to be able to store online, nothing more)
Do you use it yourself? What are the risks?

I find this tool quite handy but I do not want to put my account at risks...

Thank you

(desperatly crossing my fingers for an official gdrive...)
