I think, the perfect mode for machine translation never be. But Google Translate can be a perfect Computer Assistant Translaion system. In fact, there are many person translating everyday, if they both at Google Translate System, things will changed better.

When I translate a article, Google Translate will find similar articles and recent translation for me. It is Social Memory. For translaters, will not alone, they, translaters group, are like a one person that have super memories.
