Anyone seen this? I sent an MP3 file. Clicked on the sent mail to view it as I for some reason often do...and an MP3 player popped up. Screenshot to follow. |

I have seen this happen to me when I received an MP3 file... |
It is old and new. The MP3 player is old and the pop up function is new (I saw that yesterday). IMO, it's less convenient. |
The player has always opened in a pop up. Really (some screenshots: http://images.google.com/images?svnum=10&um=1&hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&q=%2Bgmail+%22mp3+player%22&btnG=Search+Images).
And there's a good reason behind this: you can check other messages while listening to the audio. |
I'm with Ionut. Its been that way since the dawn of time. |
