I know this can't be, cause its out of beta a long time now.
but I've just seen this logo on Gmail's Help Center ;

at least groups.google.pt still shows the old version (before beta).
I already posted that on the google groups support, but havent got any reply back.

That's because they haven't updated the app for that particular country yet. They may do in a while...
