Hello, I hope my msg isn't out of place here?

Could someone help me post in the Microsoft-Outlook Express forum (they're supposed to be specialists on OE and MS)...Clicking on "new post" didn't work. I can enter the replies but not the New Posting. I had to "hijack" one of the replies to ask how I could enter. They said to get rid of the popup blocker so I disabled my Google popup blocker and still didn't work. Hoping someone here might've used that forum and could help? It's here:

P.S. I was hoping THEY could resolve the problem of my msgs getting stuck for ever in the outbox...I have OE6 & winXP.

Rather out of place, I believe. Looking for frequent visitors on a Microsoft/Outlook-forum in a place discussing mostly google and gmail :)
