Never underestimate the lag issue Philipp mentioned. I've seen it really screw up sites. Pages will not render as long as the code isn't executed. External JavaScript is evil(TM). Or is there a way to say "this JavaScript snippet will render as an area 300 x 200 pixels large" the same way we can give hints to a browser about image resolution in the img element? |
