Forgive me if I have asked this before, I probly have.

Here's what I want to do.

I open FF, google page opens in 1 tab, gmail is the 2nd. I know how to do that, just put a | between both in the options.

How can I make it so that any other page I open from a link, opens a new tab and leaves those alone.

The goal is, to always have those sitting there, undisturbed. The third is the one i do stuff on.

Interesting question... I can't fnd a good answer for that. But I suggest you to use the middle button to open in a new tab. It would be easier for you (because you won't have the problem of links opening in a new tab every time you click a link in every page)

I remember that you asked before how to do this but you never got an answer. I did find it back then but forgot to post. Here's one via digg:

Heck, I should have just linked to the extension directly:

addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firef ...

I missed the "lock tab" feature since I moved from Opera browser...
