Google has no customer service. The blogs are everywhere. While they moistly spin off endless marvelous innovations, their most basic services are collapsing.
Automated pinball, is not customer service.
   Google is devolving, collapsink, implodung.
Do these guys remember how it was, at the begining ?
Do they remember their initial reason for being ? ... A SERVICE!
What they have created is a maze of half baked interconnected fiascoes, funded by real people who are completely sidelined by ever more grandiose visions of a future which we may not live to see.
Give me the Google email address that I can write to describing my problem; which wil respond with a step by step fix. NO ? Of course not.
Well, what about a direct line to a service technician ? NO ? Of course not.
O.K. then how about a direct link for my computer to Google service, so that they can just "hit the right buttons for me ?" "IMPOSSIBLE", you say , ...... . How can that be ? We are talking about the same spectacular Google, aren't we ? Oh, sorry, it's now Gobble, tsk, I forgot they're "LATEST MIRACULOUS TRANSFORMATION"!
   Thx,
   Fred.

Fred, here are some ways to contact Google (and I agree it's often hard to find that one simple email address where they also get back to you quickly, or with human writing):
