Google Suggest in Firefox without query

We all know that in Firefox when you start to type in the search box Google returns full querys as you type.

eg. when you type "go" it returns "Google", "Google earth", "Google maps" , "Google.com" etc.

But when you press ctrl-k to go to the box (or just click in it) and then ctrl-v you get qeurys based on what I'm not sure. Right now when I do it I get "no data for format specified","ultra mon"(without a spce, thats there because of forum filters),"accelorated bsn degree texas","perfect disk" and "acronis10", "knoppix" among others like "accommodation Sydney"

Does anyone know why this is?

BTW Sometimes it doesn't work, I don't mean you have to do it 50 times. It works nearly all the time but when I was writing this and getting the querys above maybe twice it didn't work.

You are aware that Ctrl+V is the shortcut for Paste, right?
