David, these shots are excellent. I bet you enjoyed snooping around! |
BTW, broken link:
<< Other posters *read* “Remember to turn off your computer and screen at night (and when you’re not using it!)” >> |
(looking at last picture): That's the secret of Goobuntu! It's a vertical-monitor enhanced Ubuntu!
Just joking, nice shoots there David :) |
Thanks! Referring to the Google Meter on each monitor, I don't remember exactly, but it's something about sharing with other Googlers your thoughts.. (I think)
Anyhow, it's for Googlers only. Normal users access it.. :/ |
Great shots David! Looks like a fun office to work at. Did they have a well stocked kitchen or cafeteria in the office? |
What is on the Google CD? Except photos? |
Some resumes Tom. (of the CEO , Alan's resume and Yossi's resume). 44 MB of CD usage |
watch goodly if there is no hidden file just as secret PowerPoint or something like that :-P |
what does the "microphone is OFF on the other side" mean ? Is this a decection of audio datagrams taking place in real time ?? Look at the header in slide titled "why isreal" ?
|
/pd: it's a message from the conferencing system and it tells exactly what it does – the microphone is off on the other side (of the video conf). It's good to turn off the mike when not used to avoid unnecessary noise when the other end is talking (e.g. when doing a monologue rather than a dialogue). |
Will Israeli sites now be marked as BH because the Bait Levinshtain (The Google offices building) is in a bad neighborhood?
Just kid'....
Great place. TheRaveN 2.0 |
I am super excited about the expanded presence in Israel – maybe this will lead to Google Local in Israel...Keeping my fingers crossed. |
Yeah, that will be neat! :D |
Google in Israel yet we still can't write Hebrew properly in Gmail (The English interface).
How can we contact them?
I really wanna let someone know how important for us is RTL support. Both composing mails and using GTalk gadget (Within the English Gmail interface).
Thanks. |
