TOMHTML is correct. However, Google use Neotonic Trakken for all their support pages. What you're seeing there is just the default template. In the past, these default pages have appeared temporarily before a new service was released and then updated to use a Google templates at a later date.
Any idea how long these pages have been around? I think this is something to keep an eye on...

Awesome!!! So Google (Slides???) Presentations is almost ready to hit the earth. I just found that my Gmail now has the view as Slideshow feature for '.ppt' files which wasn't there a few days ago.
