Youtube are showing new interface with MENU button and MacOSX dock style related video bar This work in all embedded videos. Also on previously embedded videos. But directly in YouTube they are showing old interface

Yes, but the videos that are displayed in Google search results for YouTube/Google Video are still embedded videos. And they have the old look. That means they checking the referral before showing the player. google.com/search?q=regina+spe ...
