They're not related searches, at least they werent for me, they're links to sites on that URL. i think they have something to do with sitemaps. |

It's nothing to do with Google sitemaps. Searching for "translation" on Google returns those additional results for FreeTranslation.com and that site doesn't have a Google Sitemap. |
