I like this forum a lot, but I also like the way Google Groups lets me browse and join discussions. It has a function to mirror mailing lists; how about using that to link this forum to Groups? I'm sure that enough people will still visit the site via blog.outer-court.com, so that you won't miss ad revenue. With a bit more work people could even post to the forum through Groups.
