Judge Asks Google to Hand Over Gmails

A subpoena has been sent to Google asking them to
hand over the complete contents of a certain Gmail account... including deleted emails! Peter Baker, the account holder in question objected to the subpoeana, saying it could disclose confidential information (obviously). The judge rejected this but granted that Peter’s attorney may withhold truly confidential information (but also that he must err on the side of disclosure).
