Google Censors "Truth about China" Ad?

Already, Google China self-censors TheEpochTimes.com in its search results upon gov’t request (try this search to see). Now J. tells me her following ad, which was targeted at searches for “China media,” “China news,” “Zeng Qinghong” and related, was removed by Google due to it containing “sensitive issues"*:

大纪元 Truth about China
Uncensored coverage of events in
China and around the globe
www.theepochtimes.com

As ever so often in the digital world it’s hard to tell what’s true and not, but I have the full name of J. as well as a copy of the AdWords rejection email (from Novemver 16, 2005, before Google announced their self-censored Chinese search).

*The ad status was “Ad Status: Suspended - Pending Revision ... Ad Issue(s): Due to the sensitive nature of this matter, we are not able to run this ad at this time.” Google also said, “At this time, Google policy does not permit the advertisement of websites that contain ’sensitive issues’. As noted in our advertising terms and conditions, we reserve the right to exercise editorial discretion when it comes to the advertising we accept on our site.”
