Google Desktop 4 Setup

Google sneaks in an interesting default selection when you install Google Desktop (“Set Google as my default search engine in Internet Explorer”). The user can still choose, sure, but aren’t those things supposed to be off by default? (Google’s Marissa Mayer herself said “We don’t think it’s right for Microsoft to just set the [Internet Explorer 7] default to MSN.”)
