Google Weaver, aka Google M Scrapbook

Tony Ruscoe did a bit of digging for unknown Google Accout service names and hit on a project codenamed “Weaver”. If you try to log-in to this service with your Google Account you’ll see “M Scrapbook” being mentioned. What might that be? It sounds like the existing Google Notebook, which would mean that this is an older project... or could it be something new?
