Shockwave With Google Toolbar

Adobe and Google team up to bundle distribute the Google Toolbar along with Adobe Macromedia’s Shockwave player, an Adobe press release says. Now, as long as the bundling’s optional, everything is fair & square – I can’t test this as at moment, the Shockwave setup wasn’t updated to include the Toolbar.

Lucky Google for scoring “a multi-year agreement ... to distribute the Google Toolbar with various Adobe products over the life of the deal.” What’s in it for Adobe? Do they get a fat paycheck or is this just a nice way of saying “thanks" for Google distributing Adobe Reader as part of Google Pack?
