Try Out the New Image Resizing

This is cool. You might have come across the recent video explaining a new technique of image resizing (check it out first if not). Now you can try out this resizing technique yourself with a new “Seam Carving” online application. Provide any online image and the Flash application will load it so you can resize it; however, the Flash security model requires the server hosting the image to have a crossdomain.xml file. Just copy the crossdomain.xml file, or this more restrictive crossdomain.xml, and put it on your server (I added such a file to coverbrowser.com and blogoscoped.com, so you can use images from these sites as well as Flickr to try this).

[Thanks Mukthar and DPic!]
