Google Employee Shares His (Positive) Experiences

Avinash Kaushik posted a very positive wrap-up of the last 11 months working at Google. Among the ten insights he found to be true at Google are “micro efficiencies” like the conference room being wired up for everything you’d need, learning or “brain expansion” opportunities at Google due to the many speakers, the high amount of notable and brilliant experts in their field who are now your colleagues, and the scale of your impact there due to Google’s big user base. (Caveat: whatever negative surprises Avinash has collected after working at Google so far, he’d probably not publicly speak about them while still being an employee... so all this is quite possibly only one of the two sides to it.) [Thanks Pd!]
