New Google Site to Share Money-Saving Tips

Google offers a new Google Moderator-based application called Tip Jar. The purpose of the mostly green-color-themed site is for people to contribute money saving tips and tricks in areas like work, family, transit and more. Once you submit a tip*, others can vote for it to increase its popularity rank. The site is hosted on Google Appspot on the odd URL moderator.appspot.com/#16/e=3cfc (wonder how this will display in search results where the last fragment may be removed; note you can also use the URL google.com/tipjar).

[Thanks Hebbet via Google blog!]

*Individual tips will strangely lack any obvious way to permalink them... anyone knows how to do this?
