The fact that Google admitted they charged for "double clicks" until march of 2006, yet refused to give refunds to ANY advertiser who noticed this in their logs, means that Google is quite frankly criminally negligent.

Anyone who thinks that Google has any system in place to stop clickfraud other than "if someone clicks on their own page's ads from the same IP they signed up for the adsense account, ban them."

That's it. That's ALL THERE IS.

There is no way Google can explain away the "double click" fraud that they profited from for THREE YEARS. Why did they finally agree to stop? I think someone inside the company with morals finally said "guys, you either admit this now, or i'm going to the press."
