   Go directly to the first result in google by adding btnI parameter
  
   Try this link , for example,
   http://www.google.co.in/search?hl=en&q=blogoscoped&btnG=Google+Search&meta=&btnI=1
   Two more samples
   http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=opera&rls=en&hs=VVr&q=enjoy&btnI=1
   http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=opera&rls=en&hs=cWr&q=google+operating+system&btnI=1

   This is useful in various ways. This can be misused also. I recently received a spam containing a link similar to the above.
  

  

All this does is tell Google that the user (supposedly) clicked on the "I'm
Feeling Lucky!" Button

BtnI = I'm Feeling Lucky
BtnG = Google Search
