Skydrive is alive since 9 August, and the same day, Google launched its "buy your extra storage" thing.

MS checks the IP and denies access for some countries. Maybe you should use a proxy.

Basically, a proxy enables you to browse through another computer. For example, if I set up a proxy in my computer, and you browse through it, your visible IP would be my IP (in other words, your visible IP is the IP of the proxy).
By using proxies you can bypass some blocks/bans. And also you can see Google in other languages, but that's other subject of discussion.

I wasn't implied that you were, for some reason, some Windows Live services just don't work unless you have already logged in (they don't take you to a login page).
