I am setting up someone elses google calendar so that it will send email notifications of calendar events and the daily agenda to both her google email address and her work email address. I have already done this to mine a long time ago... but I've dug everywhere in settings and can't figure out how I did it. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure there is a way to do this in Google Calendar (I couldn't find one), have you got a forwarder set up in Gmail maybe?
